Scary videos have gone viral on Sunday showing thousands of unemployed youths mostly Indians in Canada standing in long queues for waiter jobs.
The footage which has quickly gained traction on social media depicts thousands of job seekers lined up for positions like waiters and service staff outside Tandoori Flame restaurant in Brampton.
The footage has brought despondency among the youths in India where they remains eager to migrate to Canada for jobs and studies.
Decades ago, a similar story came into light when a group of agriculture scientists in Punjab had migrated to a prominent foreign nation to end up as taxi drivers. One of the taxi drivers had strongly defended his step claiming he was enjoying life in the foreign country.
