St. Thomas’ College exhibited its prowess by securing a victory against D.P.S Bhaniyawala by 4 wickets in a semifinal match (girls section) in the 27th edition of the Gardner Premier League Inter-School Indoor Cricket Tournament on Friday.
Divyanshi emerged as the highest scorer for St. Thomas’ College, contributing 10 runs, while Anshika showcased commendable performance for D.P.S Bhaniyawala with 13 runs.
In the boys section, D.P.S Bhaniyawala, clinched victory against St. Thomas’ College School by an Innings and 5 Runs in the semis. Manish showcased his batting prowess for D.P.S Bhaniyawala with 11 runs, whereas Utkarsh displayed resilience for St. Thomas’ College with 6 runs.
In a closely contested boys semi-final, St. Jude’s School emerged victorious against the Asian School by 2 Runs. Tejaswi displayed remarkable batting performance for St. Jude’s School with 24 runs, while Mehul showcased his talent for the Asian School, contributing 29 runs.
The tournament now gears up for the grand finale tomorrow commencing from 3:00 pm onwards. The finals will witness clashes between the following teams:
