They may be called RRR of Uttarakhand as they set a new example of the women empowerment in the hill state.
Ritu Bahri Chief Justice of the state High Court, Ritu Khanduri Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha and Radha Raturi Chief Secretary of the state, are getting adulations these days from different quarter s for holding the top jobs at the same time in the hill state.
They were also praised in the state assembly on Tuesday when Dairy Development and Sugarcane Minister Saurav Bahuguna said the state is presently witnessing a unique example of the women empowerment as three women have been selected for the top jobs.
“Well, this is a proud moment for the Uttarakhand people that we are seeing three women on top jobs. I hope we may see more women in top jobs in different areas in future also and become inspiration for the whole country,” said Manju Rautela, a teacher in the prestigious Dehradun-based St Joseph’s Academy (SJA).
Kishore Upadhyay, a BJP MLA from Tehri, has also praised the three women for achieving new heights in their careers. “This is a wonderful that all the three ladies are in different jobs – judiciary, politics and administration. I salute them for their achievements,” said Upadhyay.
Women empowerment in Uttrakhand is setting another example of progress of Himalayan state ahead of other states of India.
