After losing final to Carlos Alcaraz at Wimbledon, Novak Djokovic on Sunday said he is ready to coach his son.
“There are lots of beautiful things in life. Tennis is not only the thing. But if you really wish to keep going, I’ll be there for you,” said Djokovic at Wimbledon after the final match on his son Stefan’s love for tennis.
But he did not say anything on his retirement plans.
“I keep on tearing up every year when I look at them (kids) at the closing ceremony. I’m so thankful to be father of these two little angels. They’re starting to love tennis more and more,” Djokovic revealed.
He also thanked his kids – Tara and Stefan –for bringing smile on his face every single day. Djokovic lost to Alcaraz in straight sets 2-6, 2-6, 6-7 in the final.
