Uttarakhand Governor Gurmit Singh and former DGP Anil Raturi released a new book International Relations at Raj Bhawan, Dehradun on Saturday.
The book has been authored by former DGP Ashok Kumar and co-authored by ASP Hissar Rajesh Mohan.
The book covers a wide-range of topics including international relations, diplomacy, conflict resolution through peace efforts, former DGP Kumar said.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said this book serves as an invaluable tool for young minds gearing up for the UPSC, ensuring their preparation is smooth. “This book is an invaluable resource for UPSC aspirants, facilitating their preparation process. India’s significance on the global stage is underscored by its rich history and strategic positioning,” the Governor said on X.
Former DPG Raturi said the book tries to explain international relations in the complex world in a very simple and concise manner.
