Dhami offers prayers at Ayodhya

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami along with his cabinet colleagues on Tuesday offered prayers at the newly built Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

After performing puja at the temple, Dhami said his heart is filled with devotion and joy. “I am overwhelmed with emotions,” Dhami said.

The Chief Minister said his government is planning to build a state guesthouse in Ayodhya. “Our government has sanctioned an amount of ₹ 32 crore for the purchase of land to build this state guesthouse, which will be built on 4700 square meters of land,” he said.

He said pilgrims going to Ayodhya from Uttarakhand will be provided facilities in this state guest house.

Satpal Maharaj, Premchand Aggarwal, Subodh Uniyal, Dhan Singh Rawat, Rekha Arya and Member Rajya Sabha Naresh  Bansal also accompanied Dhami at the temple. Ends
