Three men from Haryana were killed when a car fell into a deep khud near Hathipaon area in Dehradun district on Monday, police said.
The accident occurred when the car suddenly veered off the road and rolled down 500 meters deep into the jungles below the Hathipaon area. All the three persons who were travelling in the car died instantly.
A search operation was launched and all the three bodies were recovered.
The victims have been identified as Vikas Tyagi (44), Rajpal (50) Sonipat and Om Prakash (45). All the three were residents of Sonipat in Haryana.
